The intention to conduct Trekking camp is not only for fun, but to develop the co-ordination among the cadets, to build teamwork, to develop helping nature and so on. I am proud to say that my cadets have learnt many of these qualities during trekking.
I am also glad to inform that, our 32 first year cadets had practiced rigorously for 6 day with rifle & participated well in Republic day parade rifle drill at Alva’s Republic day celebration. I thank our Commanding Officer for providing the Rifle for all the 6 days from unit.
Our 10 cadets had participated in the blood donation camp at Managlore on the occasion of NCC day, 20th November 2015.
We had arranged a conference hall to show the live program “Start Up India Program” on 16th January 2016. A talk by Arun Jetley followed by PM Narendra Modi. Later we had conducted the group discussion about the content of the program.
The NCC annual day program was conducted on 12 March 2016. The Chief guest for the function were CO. Wing Commander T Sujith Kumar, Mr. Vivek Alva, Dr. Peter Fernandies, Dr. Kurian.
