It was inaugurated in Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mijar, by Dr. Richard Pinto, Professor- Emeritus, Head R & D Cell, Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET), Mijar – 574 225.
The formal inaugural function was graced by the presence of our Managing Trustee Mr. Vivek Alva, The Principal Dr. Peter Fernandes, Head of the Department Prof. Harish Kunder, Faculty Coordinator Dr. Shivamurthaiah, The founder president of the forum Nithin Hema Raj, Vice President Keerthana K & Chirag, Secretary Sathyam Pawale.
The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Dr. Richard Pinto. “The future is going to be the Artificial Intelligence but the machines can only excel in Intelligence not in Emotions “said our Chief Guest Dr. Richard Pinto.
Dr. Pinto was speaking about the history of AI and the ways it has come forward in all these years. He told that “the program will help in exchange of ideas and know your basics and expand your knowledge” He also asked the students to not just concentrate on the subjects but to also look into other subjects and learn from each other.
Mr. Vivek Alva Managing Trustee of Alva’s Education Foundation, Moodubidire, said that “Innovation doesn’t happen just because you think about it, but due to your hard work for it.” He wanted the students to let their resume speak for them in the interview.
Prof. Harish Kunder, Head of the Department, Appreciated the effort taken by the students to organize the 2 days event BYTESTRUCK 2K21 held on 23rd and 24th November 2021 and also expected the same motivation and spirit in taking the department to a very high altitude in academics and in other various extra-curricular activities.
The founder president of the forum Nithin Hema Raj and the Vice President Keerthana K spoke on the vision and mission of the forum.
Around 400 students were participated in the various event organized the Student forum AI 2.
